Questions, answered

Do I need a boat licence to drive Capri?

No. Capri is under 7.5 m and runs under 10 knots, so NSW doesn’t require one. Be 18, bring photo ID, and unless you’re already licensed, do a 30-minute induction at the wharf.

What ID do I need?

A current driver licence or passport for everyone who will drive. We check it at the wharf, so bring the real thing.

Can kids come?

Yes. Kids under 12 wear a lifejacket at all times — tell us ages when you book so the right sizes are on board.

Is there a toilet on board?

No. There’s a toilet by the pontoon before you leave, and the ones on the harbour are marked on your map (list TBC).

Can we drink alcohol?

Yes, for everyone except the driver, who stays under 0.05. Drug and alcohol laws apply on the water the same as on the road.

Can we bring food and drink?

Yes. Keep it light and finger-friendly. Our 35 L esky is iced and on board, with room for one more.

What happens if it’s windy?

We check the Rozelle Bay forecast at 7am on your day. Over 25 km/h, a BOM warning, or under 15 °C and we call it off — reschedule free or take a full refund.

What if we’re late back?

Twice the hourly rate. Text us if you’re running long — an extra hour is $100 if the boat is free.
