A late return is billed at 2× the hourly rate, and a rescue call-out starts at $100.
Weather and changes
- Forecast wind of 25 km/h or more at Rozelle Bay, a BOM warning or under 15 °C at 7am: we call it off — free reschedule or full refund.
- Change of mind 7+ days out: full refund less payment fees.
- 3–7 days out: 50% refund or a free reschedule.
- Under 72 hours: reschedule credit, valid 12 months.
